Eligibility
Unopened, unaltered hair in its original bundle ties and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Not eligible
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept hair that has been worn, washed, cut, coloured or installed, or any bonnet that has been removed from its wrap.
How to return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
Faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it.
